Use Cisco TSP to monitor hunt group login / log out?

We make an accessible application for the blind wanting to use Cisco phones. Unfortunately, a blind user cannot know if they are logged in to a hunt group or not. We want our accessible application to tell them. However, I do not believe the TSP can give our application this information.

Questions:

1. Can the TSP give our application this information?

2. If not, what other API should we use to access this information from CUCM?
