Cisco Nexus 7009 external power supply fan does not rotate but air is detected

Hi,

The fan of the external power supply of the Cisco Nexus 7009 does not rotate, but air is detected.

At command level it indicates that everything is fine and even the lights appear without alarm but the fan does not rotate and verified in another Cisco Nexus 7009 that has the same behavior so this all ok , but I would need to know the reason why the fan that is seen from the outside does not rotate
