Hard reboot required: PULL the power cable. Do not use the "reload" command.

We had the same problem with a few stacks after upgrading to 15-2.4.E7

Removing the stack module while boot solved it so far, reinserting the stack module after boot brought member back into stack.

Tho the issue returns of the stack is rebooted again.
