I have to say total output drop should have units as output of show interface and should be in packets, not bytes. This bug has caused inflated output loss rate on our monitoring. I am kind of disappointed that cisco is not even fixing it.
output drop should be counted as number of packets. Packets can be in various length. output drop / total output in bytes for loss rate is meaningless.
