9606r Sw stuck in initialization boot

Dears, Kindly need your help , i have 9600 sw with 2 sup with IOS 16.12.5 and when power on the switch the switch stuck in initialization and after rebooting the switch power the switch up with out any logs and this issue happened several time in long intervals , is it Bug ? Thanks, Ali Ezzat

Not sure is this bug or not - until we see full boot logs, connect the console and reboot and post the complete Logs ? what is the version of code ?
