ASR1001 Unexpected Reload

Hi,

Last day the router ASR1001 unexpectedly reloaded. Logs are not available as all logs are flushed out. I want to know what can be the reason for this unexpected reload and how we can avoid in future.

"ASR1001 uptime is 11 minutes

Uptime for this control processor is 12 minutes

System returned to ROM by reload

System image file is "bootflash:/asr1001-universal.03.07.00.S.152-4.S.bin"

Last reload reason: Watchdog"

I have the same problem with an ASR1001, but a different IOS:

System returned to ROM by reload at 00:30:43 METDST Fri May 18 2018
System restarted at 12:08:43 METDST Tue Sep 4 2018
System image file is "bootflash:/asr1001-universalk9.03.10.00a.S.153-3.S0a-ext.bin"
