We found that this fix worked for hunt pilot information to 7800 phones too. We upgraded 11.5.1(SU5) to (SU6) and lost incoming hunt alerting name. The quotes around the alerting name workaround was tested and confirmed

seems like a lot of these are bad, i have the same issue with a unit 2 months out of the box, maybe cisco needs to recall or send us a new one even after the warranty is over.
