This bug is incorrect, Domain Admin is not required. DACL inheritance with replace has to be disabled. Only full control of the parent OU over Cisco_ICM is required to allow Domain Manager to work completely.

This is a problem for us as well.  we have an open case with no idea on resolution.  apparently the problem was fixed in an earlier firmware but because we're on 10.3.1sr4 we can no longer downgrade firmware. we now have 5 of these 8831 and every one...

I have confirmed this issue still occurs on my 3850s with Denali 16.5.6 and Everest 16.6.3.  Is there any other work around that does not involve rebooting the switch?
