This was also confirmed as an issue with 2.2.0.470 through a TAC case, but this bug page doesn't have that documented currently (2018-09-14). Will this bug page be updated, and is there any information on a release date for the 2.2 fix?

This is not just a phone code bug. We have two ISR 4300s One is a 4351 running Everest 16.6.3. The other is a 4331 running 15.5(3)S4b. The DTMF failure with FAC only happens on the ISR with the NEWER code.
