I am using Cisco ASA 5510 and the running version is 9.1(7)13. It has HA pair, Active- Standby. I need to upgrade it with 9.1(7)20 because of the bug. Can some one let me know the procedure for the upgradation from 9.1(7)13 to 9.1(7)20 with zero down...

This is a big issue here when German Windows Servers are involved (Domain = Domäne). We are encountering this since 6.1 - now we have upgraded to 6.2.2 - still the same. Is there any information in which version this will be fixed?

Could someone please advise as we are using ASA 5555 and 5585 and running 9.6.3.1, i like to know if the fix is available 9.6.3.20 if so how to get and installed.....

I have a customer completing an upgrade to 11.6, and we have installed the Studio 11.6 and there is no SAB directory under the Cisco or CallStudio directories. Any thoughts?

Can't all webvpn configuration be removed while still allowing the AnyConnect client? I realize some functions like distributing client via ASA would be lost but the AnyConnect functionality for existing clients would continue to function, no?
