we are facing packet drop/continuously link flapping issue.

First, I would start with Physical Cable replacement, and also check what is another side connected? Switch ? what logs you see same time?
What kind of throughput this handling?

We have checked following things.
Still we are facing packet droop issue.
->Throughput handling approximate 350 Mbps
