CSCei78035 - 3550 crash with process_run_degraded_or_crash

Hi All,

We are getting the below message in the show version output.

System returned to ROM by error - Program Exception (0x0700)!, PC 0x0

Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software

IOS (tm) C3550 Software (C3550-I5Q3L2-M), Version 12.1(22)EA1a, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

It seems to be a buggy behaviour.Please confirm and tell me the IOS version to avoid this problem.

The bug you mention has been closed as "Unreproducible," which means that the problem has not been created in the lab, and therefore there is no fix with that bug id.

The best thing to do is to open a case with the Cisco TAC to diagnose your specific issue.
