Our company has adopted an open concept work environment, and we are also widening our support for Jabber softphones. If a softphone user is on a call while their laptop is wired to the LAN - then they want to physically move to a focus booth to take the conversation private - the call is lost in in the process of migrating from LAN to WLAN. Without Call Park, how can we provide the user with a decent workflow? Transfer and Run? Or tell the caller we have to call them back because our phone system isn't advanced enough to support Call Park?
