CSCub41748 - High CPU due to NBAR (action_lookup_hash_long )

I dont have the RTP protocol configured anywhere in my router but am getting high CPU utilization due to NBAR, below are my top CPU processes and my router IOS version information

Look at the IOS version the router is running on:  The right-most is an "M" (which means an "M" train), however, there is no number after that.  This means it is a "version 0".  

Please consider upgrading the firmware of the router to something more recent -- stay with the "M" train.
