CSCuq23003 - UCCX Make REST Call Step%28HTTPS%29 Does Not Work with Chained Certificates - 1

We are currently running into issue described by CSCuq23003 but the resoltion is missing in details as step 2 in lacking in what exactly to include at the beginning of class path in UCCX_EngineCfg.xml.

I contacted support at the time who confirmed the issue as being a bug. He also mentioned there is a work around but requires a restart of UCCX engine which we were not ready to do as at the time. We simply converted the REST url to http instead of https and that works for us as we are calling a local service. You may contact support for the workaround if you cannot convert the url to an http service.
