CSCuq60111 - Incorrect Type 1 vPC consistency for %22vPC card type%22 in Enhanced vPC

I meet the same issue, l have upgrade my both N5K VPC ,version 7.1(4)N1(1) but the problem is always present:

 Type 1 : vPC will be suspended in case of mismatch
