How do I find out if and when this bug will be fixed on UCCE/Finesse 10.5?

We ran into this issue as well.  Opened a TAC case and they directed try F5 as a workaround, which it does but that's not really the solution we are looking for.  11.6 doesn't seem to have this issue so I would say that is the fix for now.
