CSCuw30144 - Uninstalling CUACS does not remove TSP Instance from Phone and modem

We use the Cisco TSP 10.5 and when we go to the phone and modem/ advanced the instances are stuck in there, the remove button is grayed out and the uninstall doesn't remove those instances. Every time we reinstall the Cisco TSP it adds another instance. Anybody have manual instructions on how to remove these instances?

The main problem is that the computer is not seeing the SEP and think if we can manually remove what ever is stuck in and reinstall the Cisco TSP it will start to work.

One of my technician found a solution to this problem, she used the old 8.5 Cisco TSP install file to remove the stuck virtual modem.

Then reinstalled the Cisco TSP 10.5 and it is now working.

Having this issue with v11 right now and these bug defects still apply to the multiple instances of TSP.

I could not find any TSP software on Cisco.com. From the application page in CUCM 11, the plugin for TAPI is TSP version 8.6, the plugin for JTAPI is version 15?

Does anyone have a link?
