Fixed it, it was a data retrieval rule, the thing is, when creating a new data retrieval rule, by default it places the rule as "Distributing rule with implicit
validation performed on the
post-Submit event"
For me it should be just a "distribution rule", talked with my colleges and this issue has been seen on to particular events, the one mentioned above and the other is when a field is established with the property "Validate Range"
