I'm probably hitting this bug too on Cisco ISE 2.1, patch 2.

Is there any fix available using higher patch?

I am also getting same alram on CISCO ISE 2.1, PATCH2.

In my environment the issue started to appear after installing patch 3. Before with patch 2 it worked well. :-(
