Any idea of if this bug is fixed on new releases? 

i have 2 cisco 3850 thats looks affected by this bug they are running on 03.07.05E

Looks like 03.07.05.E is not fixed yet and is already fixed on older releases

all the other listed versions are not available for download.

how i can patch this issue looks like im suffering of this .

But if you see the latest release was 01-Oct-2019 and the CSCva22373 is not listed on resolved caveats.


The last update on the bug was Oct 8

I don’t understand how a old versions are the issue solved but not on the newest one.

Don't take the Bug IDs seriously: They are rarely updated with the latest/correct details.
Your best raising a TAC Case because TAC has all the latest information.
