CSCvc03655 - boothelper_autoupgrade.service fails on regular boots on 3850 Switch

This is happening on 3650 switches with IOS 16.9.2. I get the error, but the switch still boots fine. Any suggestions?

I saw an article in Cisco, the error was due to a bug.

After follow the steps from link above, Boot loader was upgraded. 

If not, boot loader version remain as the old one. 

In my environment, I also noticed that if boot loader is not upgraded, further upgrade to higher version in 16.9.xx will fail.

I have the same issue. I have reloaded the switch 3650 but still the issue is still there. I am not sure how serious of what impact it can have on the operation
