CSCve30359 - SFP links do not come up on 3750 switches with prolonged uptime

Is this bug seen on on only 3750X platform?

No, this bug can be seen in switches that run on the specified IOS versions:  12.2(55)SE6 & 12.2(55)SE8. 

And this bug only appears on SFP ports (not copper ports).

SE7 should be added to the list -- we've discovered multiple WS-C3750X-24S-Es in our fleet that have this issue. 

Note, too:  It does NOT appear to affect the NM's SFP ports -- only the on-board SFP ports.
