Also seeing this on 8540 HA-SSO with 8.3.133.0, however, in addition to 'Reason 5' I am also seeing 'Reason 19' as pasted below.

Bump...

 

Seeing this error on WLC5520 running 8.3.141. More information would be nice on what to expect if this is left resolved. I'm assuming if I need to do a failover for anyreason, I'll run into issue.
