CSCvf58433 - ISE 2.3 URT tool causes backup failure Could not access backup script

How can i remove the URT on the Cisco ISE 2.3 

Workaround:
Remove URT before re-attempt backups

ssh to ISE and type the command

application remove urt

That uninstalls the URT application
