Could you please clarify if it concerns AP1850 or AP3802 ? the description does not match the condition criteria...

I think that means all wave 2 APs are affected by the bug, see this document:

COS Access Point Bugs

For all Cisco Aironet Access Points that run the COS operating system, applicable bugs will be found in BST by searching on:

Product: Series/Model = Cisco Aironet 1850 Series Access Points

This applies to all Aironet 802.11ac Wave 2 APs (including all 1800, 2800, 3800 and 1560 series)
