CSCvg59274 - Starlord "Fan Speed Sensor 0 has raised an alarm for device error" on insertion of FAN

I faced the situations of CSCvg59274 whenever I exchange FAN of Cisco ASR9901(IOS XR6.4.1).

After exchanging FAN,I needed reboot Cisco ASR9901.

I found the article and it shows some workaround(seems not official).

http://www.belpia.com/workaround-for-cscvg59274/

It says before you insert the FAN(FAN-0),unplug the another FAN(FAN-1).

And then insert the FAN-0 first.FAN-1 the next.

I did the same thing the article showed at lab and  I could exchange FAN without interupting the circuit.

Could you kindly give me some advice or opinion about it?

Thank you.

Had the same error, and was able to fix it with the same unofficial workaround.

It said resolved in the Bug Search Tool, but does anyone have any other information about this?
