If we dont use Open Agent Container (OAC) feature ,  and  disable  OAC feature in Nexus 5000,  does it mean Nexus 5000 ( disable OAC  feature )  will not affected by this CPU  Vulnerability.

I am not sure how accurate the details of this Bug ID is. From what I can gather, if your Nexus 5K is running NX-OS 7.3(2)N1(0.244) you are vulnerable. If you're not running this specific code, then you're fine.
Again, let me reiterate that I have know "inside knowledge" and I don't know how accurate the detail(s) of this Bug ID is. If you work for Cisco then you can "reach in" and get better information than us.
