For one customer we have two ISE nodes in HA installed. Version is 2.6 patch 3. We have problem with smart licensing. Namely the customer only way preferred for internet connectivity is trough proxy. They have WSA. Each time we try to license the nodes, we receive the error "Connection error to the server". I am wondering if is related to this bug although this version is not listed as affected. Troubleshooting on WSA does not give any clues and showing that traffic is allowed, but it seems that initial communication to tools.cisco...443 is going out, but nothing comes back. With the same proxy, signature updates for posture are successful, and on proxy logs we can see communication going both directions.(url is smth like iseservices.cisco...)
