In sys Log I didn't found any records regarding.

Look, there is a strong chance the switch firmware will need to be upgraded.  Let's face it, 16.9.2 is not something to brag about when talking about "stability".

Have a read of Product Bulletin:  Cisco Catalyst IOS Software Update Program for Cisco Catalyst 9200, 9300, 9400, 9500 and 9600 Series switches.

Pay close attention to the following:

Free critical updates:

◦    No support contract is required to obtain these software updates.

Free major and minor releases:

◦    No support contract is required to obtain these releases.

So after firmware Upgradation is the issue get resolve?
