having the same issue - i tried to fine the field where RTCP is configured on the 7841 phone with no success
i have this on other types But not on this particular phone type .
this Cisco 7962 phone screenshot that has the field requested but 7841 Doesnt
another thing i see that on enterprise phone configuration under system the parameter is already disabled
still having this issues
any ideas ??
