Looks like we hit the bug on some Nexus with the latest Software Version. Our Nagios System produces a lot of false positive on Hardware Checks due to that bug. We experience it on Nexus 56128P version 7.3(5)N1(1) (TAC confirmed) and probably also on Nexus 5548 version 7.1(5)N1(1).
