CSCvj56123 - ISE 2.2 showing 0 licenses used with traditional licensing

Hey everyone, I have a partner with this same bug for ISE. 0 Licenses are showing as consumed.  They have 127009 total endpoints and 4176 active endpoints. See attached SS. Is there a specific patch or updated version to get this bug fixed? The partner has yet to figure it out. Thanks!

I had this problem as well last month. booted the ISE server and it started working again. I did open a case that and that was what was recommended.
