CSCvj74116 - Reports in CUIC and corresponding Gadgets in Finesse does not work with Chrome v67 - 2

We are running UCCX 10.6.1.11001-31 and are affected by this bug.  I've tested the latest version of Firefox with no issues.

I've got a UCCX instance running on 10.6.1.11003-29 with the same complaints.

hi , did you manager to fix this , as it looks like the patch Cisco have written will only work on 11.5/11.6

No we didn't. We moved all of our users over to either Firefox, Edge, or Explorer. I contacted Cisco and was told that I could either do a version roll back on Chrome or use another browser.

There is a patch file available for 11.5/11.6 but nothing for 10.6 :-(
