CSCvn22162 - 3650 on 16.6.4 crashing spontaneously with "Last reload reason Reload reason content is absent"

Hello Experts,

Our 3650 switch running 16.6.3 IOS restarted a few times by itself, the reason it gives is -Reload reason content is absent.

Does anyone else faced the same issue.?

Please share a solution if available.

The Status of this Bug ID is still "OPEN".
Either wait for TAC to update this Bug ID or upgrade to 16.6.7.

According to the Bug ID, the behaviour is not evident in 16.6.5.

Upgraded the switch to 16.6.5 on 9th November. Until today no issues. Will update here if anything bad happens.
