CSCvo24869 - BSOD caused by ImmunetProtect driver (6.2.5)

We started to rollout this version of the connector to 100 devices and have not experienced anything like this.

We haven't installed it on any server though. How can we experience, or what are the symptoms of these issues?

What causes the blue screens exactly? Our first test devices are varying from developers to normal office application users.

To avoid any possible problems Cisco recommends you to deploy using version 6.2.3.
The version with problem 6.2.5 was removed from the AMP console, and if you already downloaded it you should not use it.

Hi Rodrigo,

Do you know any more information about the BSOD's?

Like what is causing these? Is there a specific combination that needs to be met to have these blue screens?

In the meantime I'm staying at 6.2.3, but I really want to know more on the cause...
