Upgrade the firmware. Avoid using an IOS version with a letter at the end or something with a low number (X.Y.1 OR X.Y.2). Use a version with a very high last number, like X.Y.5 (or higher).
Raise a TAC Case. The Bug IDs are rarely updated. Information can be misleading. Raise a TAC Case and get the TAC engineer to provide the updated version where the bug is fixed.
