CSCvq31851 - Catalyst 9200L silent reloads

Hello,

we are recently suffering on this bug, we have few stacks with C9200L members running 16.9.3 version.

It seems that we lose stack members randomly without any log or crashinfo generated.

I'd like to upgrade my hardware to a more recent version but I actually don't know which one I can install as the Bug Search Tool do not advice any non-affected version yet.

Can you help me ?

This is a known issue that originated from 16.10.X and 16.11.X affecting the 9300.
The stackmgr process crashes spectacularly and causes stacks member to "flip". The only way out is to upgrade the firmware or reboot the entire stack (workaround to buy more time).

Thanks, I'm just surprised as it's not the only stack of C9200L we install, more than 20 others stacks are working fine. But since 5 days we face issue with two of them. And our IOS version is under 16.10.X, currently it's 16.9.3

No one should be using 16.10.X &/or 16.11.X. No one.
16.9.4 was just recently released.

We're only use 16.9.3, nothing is running 16.10.X in our infra

The issue seems to be solved with the 16.12.04 release
