This bug also appears in the CUIC webpage. This is unfortunate because several people in our organization have access to reports. Every time they login, a banner appears at the top of the page saying there's an issue with the cluster.
When trying to run Historical reports I was getting Report Execution Failed and stumbled upon this error when looking in RTMT. I also saw a UserPasswordMismatchAcrossNodes error for user ID uccxhruser. I reset the uccxhruser credential and checked consistency and can now run reports. Both errors just started this AM and nothing had changed on my end.
