Raise a TAC Case and get TAC to provide assistance or get the switch replaced.

Hello everybody.I have not solved the problem yet.I refuse to believe that the only solution is replacement!
n. 5 C9200L-24 switches had this error at the same time.how is it possible?Isn't there anyone who can help me?
