CSCvy10601 - C9200L FAN issues

Hi, we are hitting this bug on a C9200L-24T-4X

fan is spinning, temps are fine, but we regularly we get a reported failure and then recovery as below

firmware is 17.03.03. are there any known fixed releases?

Get the fan replaced first. 

If the same error message occurs after the fan is replaced then it could either be a switch issue or a BUG.

The answer is not "could be a bug". There is a bug, the bug ID is CSCvy10601 

The fan is spinning while the error message shows the fan has failed.

We want to know which IOS has a fix.

Thank you very much for posting your concern, for this bug the fix will be in the train versions 17.7.x and 17.8.x, this bug is cosmetic so it does not affect the performance of the device since the FAN continues to work properly, therefore so a replacement is not necessary.

Do you have an ETA of release for 17.7.x and 17.8.x ?
