Some users are getting issues when being transferred a call, where the screen freezes and they are unable to view their remote PC session or do anything except end the call and everything returns to normal.
some have upgraded to the latest version of jabber, the problem is still occurring. It appears that those with the problem are those receiving a transferred call and those doing the transfer have no issues.
It is not happening with every call but seems to be intermittent.
ANY thoughts experts?
