CSCwb70296 n9k with fex n2232 sfp-10g-t-x problems

anybody seen this on FEX N2232PP connected to a Nexus93360 running 9.3(8) ?

 

Transceiver is accepted, but links is nok getting up:

Nothing seems to get this interface up and running
