My envirenment are Esxi 6.7U3 and HXDP version 4.0.2c.
On vcenter esxi events logs, I see hxuser can not login. And when I check the users on esxi "esxcli system account list", I couldn't list hxuser.
Then I run that command on controller vm "./hxtoolbox –u" which is located on "/opt/springpath/storfs-mgmt/hxtoolbox-1.0/bin".
Command retured "Create HX User, SUCCESS: HX user created in the cluster." But I couldn't list hxuser on esxi. Do you have any opinion about this case?
