Hi,
Even we have encountered this error message in our ESA.
I'm running ESA C390 version 11.0.1-027.
Also when i try to scan the file manually from ESA, i get the same error message ( the email was quarantined because of encrypted condition )
Result :
Anti-Virus scan result was:
McAfee: Clean
Sophos: Unscannable '0x' body.scan
Any suggestion around this.
