Live Data shows calls handled and/or presented prior to agent logging in for the day. CSCuu70352

The BugID gives a workaround as:


An Engine restart will clear the counts and the Live Data will display properly until the trigger happens again.

Does anyone know what the trigger is? Surely a better workaround would be to stop whatever is triggering the stats counters getting messed up from happening.
