Windows 7 Home premium
Service Pack 1 with a 64-bit operating System.
My apartment complex gave us all modems ( the DPC3010) and my computer will not recognize the usb cord that is supposed to hook up to the computer.
I have tried uninstalling the drivers and other weird little tips. I already installed the disk and everything on it...but nothing. The device is still not recognized.
If anybody has any advice please send it this way.
