Hey Folks,
What's the best way to get a case opened with TAC for Cisco Business Dashboard? For all of our other Cisco products, we go to Support Case Manager and open a case that way https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/create/start
There's no serial number that I can find for the product itself. Thanks in advance!

For Cisco Business Dashboard, your best approach will be to call the support number and log the case that way. Check https://cisco.com/go/sbsc for the local phone number for your country and log the case that way. Once the case is open, you can communicate with the engineer by email or web or phone as you like.

I have a similar issue. There is no serial # or contract # for this product. When I called TAC for assistance, they stonewalled me and told me to call back when I have that information. They were no help at all.
