CBD Probes being rejected by the controller.

I am trying to build some CBD probes on our internal local subnets but am running into an issue. I have 4 different local subnets I am building the probes for, and 3 out of the 4 are being rejected when trying to pair them to the server. I was able to confirm through the router/firewall that the traffic is flowing all the way from the probe to the local CBD. This tells me there isn't any kind of network block. I can confirm from the probes that they can ping and communicate with the CBD server. I also confirmed that the probe is able to resolve the hostname that we use to access the CBD server. I am at a loss on what could be rejecting the communication unless there is a setting inside of CBD that I am not aware of.

Thanks!

Considering there are some uncertainties, the best course of action is to contact the support team and log a case. An engineer can then work with you in real-time to resolve the issue. You can find the support contact numbers at https://cisco.com/go/sbsc.
