Hi
Attempting to monitor CBS350 switches via SNMP v2 in PRTG. PRTG's default SNMP Traffic sensor works, but 'System Health' does not.
I was unable to find a suitable MIB to import to PRTG for CPU/memory usage, FAN on/off and temperature.
These object IDs do not seem to be available when creating custom views on the switch.
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers
Ed

Hi Ed,
There are a bunch of different MIB variables for things like CPU usage, temperature etc, but most of them are in one or other of the private MIBs. Your best bet is to grab a copy of the MIBs supported by the switches from https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286325995/type/283415684/release/3.1.0.57 and then search through them to find what you need. From a quick look, it appears that CISCOSBenv_mib.mib might have a lot of what you are after, but there is environmental data scattered across the other MIBs as well.
Cheers,
Dave.

Hello,
Has anyone ever got this to work? I have the Cisco env MIB, but importing it into PRTG is utterly useless.
Cheers,
Mark.
